1.5" vs 2" leveling kit on a 15' 4x4
New to Ford and trucks in general; just sold my Chevy Camaro to order a 15 Lariat 4x4 Sport;
Ive spent 2 days searching these forums for an answer and havnt found anything definitive; so here it goes:
Debating a 1.5 or 2" leveling kit- Many manufacturers aren't listing 14'-15' years as compatible while others are; so I'm not entirely sure the pix of 14's with various size levels are representative of the 15's stance...
That in mind, I'm looking for very minimal to no rake, and I won't be towing anything, nor carrying excessive loads. While I definitely don't want any reverse rake, I don't want to be second guessing buying a 1.5 and be left with room to go up.
Any insite from those with 2015's and a 1.5 or 2" level? Ive reviewed 1000's of pix but angles and ground slope can be deceiving; Id prefer a legit recommendation from users.
Thanx in advance!

Wait until your truck comes in before you buy anything. Take a measurement from the center of your hub to the bottom of your fender; do this for the front and back. If the difference is 1.5" then get a 1.5" kit.....it's that simple.

Thanks guys! Sarge; that looks great, 2" will probably be prefect!
Big Blue... no room in this world for common sense, c'mon! Lol! Probably by far the safest route, was trying to order day-1 mods at same time/place for better discounts (and lessen the backlash from the wife) but that's sound advice!

I hear you man, we all want to deck our trucks out from the get go.....I had my tonneau cover for 2 months before I had my truck (just installed it tonight actually). I ordered my coilovers yesterday, but I'm not sure exactly how high they are going to lift my front end because it's a 2wd. I will slam the coilovers in and then take my measurements and order a rear block to make it sit level.

Every trucks different , mines a little over 2 inches front to rear, if I did the 2.5, which some will actually raise it 3 I would be nose high, so I'm going with the 2 inch, putting on Friday

These’s the Rough Country's 2.5” Aluminum Leveling Spacer and added the Fender Flares same brand, in additional didn’t like the look of the XLT Sports Grill and got the Lariat Grill.I has on a 70 Miles trip with my son, to drop off some parts of the boat that we’re fixing up for the summer, the charm for me now days is about a high-quality ride “smooth” with a bit of looks in between.

A 2 inch Autospring kit made mine look like this. There is a very slight rake to it now but you can't tell by looking at it. 2.5 may make perfectly level but that may make it appear higher in the front.
