How's everyone? I'm Todd, your new Ford Service Customer Service Representative. I've journeyed over from the land of Twitter, and I couldn't be more excited. Brittany has told me some wonderful things about this group. I'm already hard at work where she left off.

Welcome Mr. Todd, Love MI we go to Waterford and Clarkston a lot, love all the lakes.
On a seppart note, can I ask you question about wiring on 2013 f150 xtr? let me know and I post the question.

Hope all is well on your end. I am new to this forum, but have been on several others. I have purchased well over twenty new Fords in my life time and on 5/5/15, ordered a 2015 F150 Lariat! I am so excited for it to get here. Can you help me research my order at all? I have tried the website but it looks to be down. Any help would be great!
