FordService - Brittany's adieu!
Hey everyone,
I wanted to let you all know that as of tomorrow, my colleague Todd will be stepping in on the forum as your main Ford Customer Service Representative. I'll be transferring back to Ford Customer Service on Twitter (@FordService), and eventually to the Marketing team (same Twitter handle) once I complete my training schedule in a few more weeks.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with all of you, and while I'm sad to leave the forums, I'm excited to get started on Twitter, and also excited for you all to start working with Todd! He's an amazing colleague, and is thrilled to get started here.
Guys, it's been real. Thank you so much for your appreciation and support, and if you're a "Tweeter", feel free to give me a shout there!
