Default FordService Avatar Change

Hey all,

I wanted to let everyone know that we recently changed the FordService avatar; we decided to do this to more closely match our other service accounts. I'm sure going to miss our "vintage" look, but I have to say that the new design is just as awesome!

If anyone has any questions, please let me know. Have a great day!

Looks good. Maybe use the vintage one as a profile picture, but keep the updated and sexy one as a avatar?

Hi, I purchased a 2015 F150 with 18000 miles on it, from Westlie Ford. The next day I noticed transmission clunking slipping screeching while down shifting from 5th to 3rd gear. I am at 27000 miles now and the problem is still not fixed. After westlie ford had my truck for over 50 days they could not come up with a solution. I was told that FORD does not have a fix for my transmission. Then westlie gave me the truck back and recommended I open a case against Ford for a buyback. My buyback was denied without reason. Also the check engine light came on. Also some clunking in the front end. Also this morning my door wouldnt open in the cold. I have not driven this truck a day yet since I bought it without problems, the biggest being the transmission. Hence my username. Can u please explain why you denied my buyback or trade out to a non lemon vehicle. So far the dealership has told me I am stuck with it. And Ford also will not help.

Hi, I could be wrong , but I think the Lemon Law only applies to the original owner.

Is the 2018 F-150 gonna be a 13th or 14th generation?

My 2016 F-150 XL is a bare bones work truck that didn't come with cruise control. Is it possible to add this on? Easily? I've seen the Ford factory cruise control switch for sale but can it be added to my existing steering wheel ? Is it as easy taking the trim off, hooking up the new switch adapter, and getting Ford to program? Or do in need a new steering wheel with it on? Is the wiring and modules needed already in place? I'd rather not get one of those aftermarket cruise control arms you hook up.
