Default Rear quarter damage 2015 F150

Someone hit my passenger side rear bumper and lower quarter panel. I'm being told that because its aluminum that the whole qtr needs to be replaced. Bed has to come off (240 rivets) to do this. If this was steel body shop says that this would be a minor job. Anyone have any experience with having to repair their aluminum body

I have no personal experience but I've read many articles stating that these aluminum bodies are not something to leave to any old body shop. Is the shop you're using a dealership or one of the "preferred" shops the dealer recommends for your truck?

Yes I have experience. Not in owning, but repairing. But you need to post pics of the damage. Can't give an accurate assessment without seeing what you're talking about.

Keep in mind Ford does not require their silly certification anymore. So if you have a trusted body shop, that's fixed any kind of Land Rover, jaguar, higher end Audi, or infiniti. They are aluminum. I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
