Is my paint too far gone?
My truck is one year old and came with the plastic bed liner. I heard they rubbed off paint but didn't think it would happen so quickly.
Does it look like enough paint came off to cause rusting later on? There are a few spots like this one

I wanted to use a bed rug but now i'm thinking a spray in is necessary to prevent further damage.

Just use some clear from a spray can?
