Default Clear coat looks cloudy / milky

I am in the process of tinting my tails and 3rd brake light with VHT Nightshade.

The VHT went on fine but when I sprayed my 3rd brake light with clear coat (Duplicolor acrylic enamel) it came out cloudy.

Am I going to have to sand it back down and respray it? What is causing this?

Haha! Yeah, acrylic enamel will do that in high humidity. We used to use a heat lamp/gun in the dead of summer to stop it.
