I looked under my front number of my 2006 Fx4 and noticed this big piece of rubber hanging down. It has three screws at the end and almost looks like a mud flap. Anyone know what it is, and where/how I re attach it? I also have some very minor front bumper damage that I wanted to get an opinion on to see if it is worth getting repaired or if it will become a bigger problem.

Hard to tell whats going on with the way that bumper is sitting with out seeing the whole bumper . just a bent bracket from that only pic , might be more going on ? Is the bumper twisted ? Can't really advice with such limited pics . Id need to see the whole thing . That thing hanging is suppose to be attached to the under side of the lower rad support . Or something more? maybe something to do with the way the bumper is sitting . Like I said post better pics , behind and in front and over all .
