Default 2011 FX4- Custom Painted Satin Black Hood Insert!!!

So I got bored and didnt want my hood to look like everyones on the forums...... so I decided to paint the insert on the Stock FX4 hood. Really sets it off with my theme. let me hear some opinions

Like it. You did a really good job. I think it goes really well with the FX4 grille

I thought about the roof, but Thats a big panel to do with Satin Clear... I hate spraying Satin Clear lol. I, thinking about doing a red and silver FX4 stock grapic on the middle of the hood. But painted on.... no sticker.

Looks real good on the outside and probably looks even better from the inside. Been thinking about doing something of the same on the hood but don't want to cover the Red Candy metallic paint.

As a painter, I wouldn't do it on the candy red. Would make the front end look darker and that color is meant to pop

You get hooked on toluene and start painting weird sh't.

Looks great with the black and red theme. I like these brighter colors without all the chrome. My black with Blue Flame has that same kind of look but not quite as dramatic. Nice Ride!
