Default lifter noise at 43K miles

My 2010 started to have some light lifter noise at 43,000 miles when the vehicle has sat and is cold . As this is my fourth F150 and never had an issue like this, I was concerned. This appeared after a dealer performed oil change. It has always been serviced at the same dealer (recently changed ownership, but that's another story). The service dept. told me this was common. He suggested an engine service consisting of an additive to existing oil, run it for a few minutes and new oil and filter be installed. Had it done and here I am four days later with the same noise at startup. I have not subjected this truck to hard use and have serviced it every 3000 miles since new. Anybody gat some input or experienced this sort of issue? Since I am not good on the computer, you can also text me at 607 226-873 ONE.Thanks.

Intake valves naturally widen their gaps while exhaust tend to tighten them. 5w30 synthetic is a much quitter oil in a V8 and protects the crankshaft and all wear surfaces with superior capabilities. A broken in motor can do well on it. Stay within UR temperature specifications, MHO. If the 3.5L EB didn't need it, it wouldn't be there.
Fuel injectors do make noise but the new model have a sound isolater over them.
