Cummins doesn't belong in a ford. International is the the way to go

I say focus in makin gas cars and others cleaner, and takin all the erg **** and emissions crap off the diesels..like u said makes em lose mpg, it holds back the power, and it was the reason for the 6.0 melt down..

International designed the new 6.7, ford bought the design and builds it in house.
Hell, I think international did a great job on the 7.3 DIT

I'd buy it. There are people out there who have successfully swapped Cummins B3.9's into late model F150's and see 30 mpg on the non ISB engines. I'd buy one, then just delete all of the emissions. Isn't needed to meet regulations it's just used to keep from building a new block. Currently, the B6.7 is the only LT engine on the market that meets emissions regs and doesn't use urea.

One thing to also consider, ford is currently the only American truck (LT and HD) to build their diesels in house. Yet you can still order a F350 with whatever engine you want in it.

If the cost was not much more then a gas engine then I would trade my truck in for one.
