Default Where to get oil filter

I was wondering where I can buy a motorcraft oil filter besides at the dealer. I think that I used to see them at Pepboys, but now that they are closing their doors, don't know where to look.

You can get your Autolite oil filters at Kragen Auto Parts. I would take a look at the K&N filters I think they are better then autolite and they are also sold at the outfit below.

AutoZone carries Motorcraft, at least around these parts.

Default Wally World

Yes I checked Wally's too and ours only carries Fram brand filters and nothing else. They did have M1 in five quart jugs though, that were less than if quarts were bought individually
I did see K&N boxes at Autozone, but did not see if there was an oil filter available. Next time I go there for something I will check. I don't think my local Kragen carries them either, but I will check that also.

Thanks

Yup the parts stores around here suck. No Autolite filters available anywhere I look. There are M1 filters and the K&N filters were about 2 bucks more than those.
Oh well, if I really want one I guess I will go the dealer. I will be looking out for them when ever I go into a store, possibly in another area around where I live.

Thanks again everyone,
John

I just changed out my oil last week with Mobil 1 5w-20 fully synthetic and a K&N oil filter and am very happy, the filter was only like $12 down here in Texas, and to me you can't put a price on some good oil and a oil filter.
