what gears should i go with

Default what gears should i go with

i have a 1991 f-150 5.0 and was wondering what gears to run in the front with 4.56 in the back im pushing 37 14.50s on a 15 inch rim. never regeared before so i need help. i looked at a gear chart to find out the 4.56 in the rear havent installed them yet.

I'm no expert by any means, so this answer is more of a question than an answer: Don't you have to go with the same gear ratio in the front as you have in the rear? So, you'd have to go with 4.56 unless you want to re-gear the front and the rear........

I'm sorry I guess that came out wrong I know that front has to match the rear I was asking if anyone else thinks if 4.56 gears would be an alright choice. And what kind of rpm will I be running at about 65mph? Jw

Thanks I will check it out this will be the first Time rehearing a ttb front end we will see how it goes

NP, I just do not know, rather to lazy, to look up the 6th gear ratio, else I'd a given you a number I'm sure it is around .74 or so.
