Wet/ Dry Spark Plugs
Guys
I bought a 1997 F150 4.6 with 109,000 miles on it. The other day I did a full tune up. New Fuel Filter, Plugs, cleaned throttle body and IAC. All that. Now when I got to the spark plugs, they were ORIGINAL OEM motocraft. I Changed them with Autolite Plat. Now all the ones on the driver side were dry and fouled and all the ones on the passenger side were wet, does this mean i have a bad coil? Any help would be great.

Each coil pack fires 4 plugs, 2 on each side.
I don't think it's a coil pack.
Do you have any repair history?
Could be valve seals, but if the motor had a head changed on only one side that would explain the difference.
Could be a cooling issue....
I'm not sure about how the fuel injectors work on the 97's. Earlier years fired the injectors in an even/odd fashon. Some models/years fired injectors sequentially.
Are there any codes set?
More information is needed, codes, does it use oil, smoke, run rough....
