Default need help locating oil cooler adapter

hey guys, I know I brought this subject up a little while back, but nobody responded, but this is the same subject only this time i need help locating what part I need for my engine. Its a 99 f150 5.4L, with the remote oil filter and I need to replace the engine oil cooler adapter. I am having trouble locating the part I need. I found the part, just not sure on whichone I need. There is a junkyard in Denver Colorado that has a couple different adapters. They have an ebay store, and thats where I have found the pics. I ordered one, but had to cancel it right away because after looking a little closer, I realized its not the correct one. Youre probably asking why I dont have the part off my truck to compare, and to answer that, its to f-in! cold out(I know bad time to get into this project). And I have my sisters wedding this weekend. But if I could just get the part ordered, at least then, I have it on the way, and can slowly pick away at getting the part off(just a matter of a few more bolts and draining some of the antifreeze or all).
Heres why I am having problems figuring out which one I need. I know they revised some things around 98-99. And I was told I had a new motor put in at 20000.
This is how it looks, when looking through the wheel well: I see my two oil filter lines running to the adapter, then from the adapter there is the radiator hose running torwards the radiator. Its only about six inches long, then couples into a black box(not sure what that is and book wont tell me), then that connects to another hose that goes directly into the radiator. There are also two ports ontop of this black box. Is this my oil cooler? When I saw this box, thats when I realized its not the right adapter that I ordered. The adapter is directly above the frond diff.

these are the links to the selection.

the first one is the one I ordered, but cancelled.

And these are the other selections I have to choose from. Im thinking this might be the right one, but I dont see the studs to bolt the oil filter hoses up. Or the ports. If I could see the other side, it would help a ton

Another one, and this also looks like the one I may need.

Default dealer

go to the dealer, they can look it up on the mirco fisch and match up the part so you can get it correct the first time.

Thank you very much sir. I thought I asked that in one of my posts but I guess not. I had been wondering if the dealer could do that. I tried calling the parts guy with my VIN on friday and saturday mornin, but no answer. At least now I know they should be able to tell me. Hell they better be able to, the truck was from here all its life, and before I owned it, it had been serviced at the dealer for everything.
Thanks again man. I still plan to use one of them from a junkyard, but Im glad you cleared that up.

Yeah I know. that looks like it mounts the filter close the motor. I still want to keep my remote oil filter out on the frame rail, cuz i just bought new hoses. Had I known ford revised these parts, I would have gone with something like that to begin with.
This one really looks like the one I need, but i just need to see the opposing side to make sure. Look at the tag, it even says its for a 99...only for a 4.6

I think today, since i do have a garage, im gonna buy a handful of handwarmers, and foot warmers and try to get the rest of bolts out. Its frickin cold out though.
thanks again for your help. really appreciate it
