Default Cam Fazers? No

I done some work on these 4.6 and 5.4 tritons and alot of complaunts coming in are of that a ticking in the top end and everyone is saying the fazers, the fact is that these engines are known to blow out spark plugs they rattle loose and eventually pop the last few threads out of the hole. and on top of that ive had a majority of these trucks come straight from the dealerships where they supposively did the plugs. and the back two on the passengers side are the original plugs. the only way to insure that your plugs are not going to rattle loose again is if you torque them up run the engine till it warms up and retorque them. and yes it is a big job and fairly time consuming but that is better then having to replace your heads. other side effects to these loose plugs are cracked exhaust manifolds, due to irregular heating

No. I believe that was on the older 2V 5.4's & 4.6's. In fact, the newer 3V 5.4's have an issue with NOT being able to get the plugs out, but that has been corrected in the 07+ with nickel anti seize lube from the factory. There is a TSB about how to get them out correctly.
