when my truck is running i have a slit ticking noise coming from the engine i don't know if it is normal or not some one told me that most of the f-150s have loud injectors just wanted to know thanks o ya 2007 lariat 5.4
Kinda like a politician. You hear something but it doesn't mean anything. If you want to hear it better get a long screw driver or a mechanic's stethescope and listen to each of them.

will give that a go. The noise was gone after i had a fuel system cleaning done, but as time went on it got louder and just put reg 5w-20 from esso in it and i think it really is the oil.
