Default PO141 Bank 1 Sensor 2

Does anyone know if that is the sensor past the catalytic converter, and can you confirm that it is on the passenger side?

Thanks so much for any help!

Default

Bank 1 should be where the #1 cylinder is located. For all Ford 'vee' engines that I am aware of, this will be the passenger side.

Sensor 2 will be the downstream, or rear, sensor.

Default Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks so much for your help. I'll let you know if I pass the California smog check.

Default Worked like a charm!

Worked perfectly, with the exception of getting the O2 sensor off. I purchased the special 7/8" socket with the side cut out, but mine was on so tight, I had to use Vice Grips to get it off. Nevertheless, it worked, the 'Service Engine Soon' light is off, and I'm confident it'll pass the smog inspection.
