'06Roush_150

I have a 2006 F150 with a roush intercooled supercharger and stock roush tune. The last couple weeks i've experienced hard starting/long cranking issues when the engine has been turned off for at least a couple hours. I've thrown the codes P0172 & P0175 a couple times. After the truck starts it seems to run perfect? Gas mileage may be down just a bit. I have the torque app and data logged a little bit but I have no idea what im looking for. To me it looks like my long term fuel trim is all jacked up, anywhere from -15 to -24ish. I'll upload a copy of it here if someone whos knows what there looking at could look at it and see if anything stands out as a possible problem. Thanks
