Default P0011, P0174, P0300, P0301, P0302, P0304, P2196 on 2004 FX4

I drive a 2004 FX4 with 116,000(ish) miles on it that has had regular maintenance and oil changes from the dealer. After filling the gas tank (from empty) it began bogging down and then lurching forward as well as getting a definite shake/wobble, all issues have been intermittent. This started Saturday, it sat yesterday and this morning the check engine light came on. It threw 7 codes (P0011, P0174, P0300, P0301, P0302, P0304, P2196). From what I understand:

P0011 is a camshaft timing problem
P0174 is a vacuum leak
P0300, P0301, P0302, P0304 are all misfires and could be caused by bad coils or injector issues
P2196 is possibly an O2 sensor?

My questions are: Is this accurate? Where do I start? All the codes appeared at the same time.

Ill go ahead and post what it says from the DTC manual and where it says possible causes are so that you can check it out for yourself. Im trying to keep these at a reasonable size bc its hard to read if I shrink it.

Thank you! That was very clear and easy to understand. Now I have a better starting point.
