Need info about TRANSMISSION
I have a 2001 f 150 with about 234,000 miles.
About a week ago I noticed that when I
shifted into drive it would take a second for my truck to go into drive while giving it a little gas. It went into reverse perfectly fine and still does.
Along with that when I would slow down to make a turn and then gas it again the truck would rev up for a few seconds then it would kind of catch and jerk back into drive.
On on my way home tonight I made a turn and it did its usual thing as stated above but wouldn't go back into drive so I had to be pulled home. Still goes in reverse fine. No smoke or bad smell or anything.
