Default Ecoboost, 5.0, or 6.2 for most sporty potential?

I've read many threads about which motor is best for towing, and which is best for gas mileage, but which has the most potential, with bolt-on's and tuning, to be the best sporty motor? I have a mustang with the coyote in it now, and it's a blast to drive, but it's not my everyday driver. I'm wanting a new F150, as my daily driver, but want it to be fun to drive, unlike my current '02 5.4L FX4. I'd only use it to tow my car a few times a year, so I'm more interested in performance gains. If I went with either V8, I might end up adding a pd supercharger.

Thanks in advance for any insight.

I like the 6.2 strong and easy on the fuel when my foot is not into it, been using premium unleaded since I bought last year.
