Default motor change? problems? need help?

hello I have a 1992 ford f150 with in line 6 cylinder, standard trans, totaled truck
on bridge. I have a 1998 ford f150 4.6 v8 auto trans great shape. Will this change work out? without big problems? worth it? NEED HELP
