Default Misfire Cylinder #7

I have a 2002 F150 5.4. I have a cylinder #7 misfire, I have changed the spark plug, boot, coil pack, injector, and I have good compression. It misses the most when it is at lower rpm's and under load. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have checked both the wires going to the coil and the injector and they both appear to be good.

Which cylinder are you calling #7? We had a guy the other day come into my work saying he has changed the cop and plug 3 or 4 times on cylinder 8. I mentioned how 8 is a pain to reach and he said no it's up front. It was at that point I had to explain to him that this entire time he has been swapping out number 5.
