Default Misfire cylinder 4

So as the title suggest I'm having a misfire issue. I've don't remember when it started bit I've had the problem well over 6 months. Bought a new motor craft plug, gapped it light when off, everthing was cool right? Wrong. Drove three miles and It came up again, new coilpack installed and the same thing happens drive for a bit only for it to hit again. It's a 4.6 2v has 128xxx miles and I think it's never been serviced other than oil and plugs. Everything else is FROM FACTORY. Please help, thank you.

sorry, I did not say my misfire was caused by low compression, That's why they added oil, while smoke alot till burns off.
