Question Mark VIII DOHC Into 1999 F150 SOHC

I have been searching and cant get a straight forward will the Mark VIII DOHC Engine and trans bolt into a 1999 F150 SOHC ?

yes, you will be able to bolt in mod motors no issues on bolting....the size is going to be an issue and may require modification to surrounding systems
