Check out the post by msteele516 in July of 07, read it, believe it, and more importantly do it. Ford has a TSB about the repair. The black chamber between the throttle body and the intake has defective sealing grommets on the bolts. Mine threw the codes on cold morning start ups, repaired mine last March, good to go since. As steele says "ten minute repair that takes two hours". Took me a little longer. Get back to us if in need of more info.
