Question help me

hey i got a 1990 ford F-150 reg cab with 49.984kms on it and it sounds like my headers are gone but i just replaced them 2 weeks ago and my motor is shaking when im under 60mph i changed the every thing plugs air filter and fuel filter and dont know whats goin on and im gettin kinda at the truck at the moent thanks and how can i get more power outta it with out spending crazy money ?

Sounds like a miss fire. Pop off the distributor cap and look for spark tracking between the contacts. Also double check for correct firing order.

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF THERE FIRING IN THE RIGHT ORDER?

Here you go; top Left is the 5.0L and 7.5L V8 Top right is the 5.8L V8 on the bottom is the 4.9L I6

The drawings from trans are great. In case you are still in doubt, on the top of the intake manifold will be the firing order. If the cap is original or Ford replacement, #1 will be marked on the top side of the cap. Just use the firing order on the manifold and going counter-clockwise follow the wires to the plugs.
