Default Help! horrible engine noise when slowing down

I just got done installing new injectors and spark plugs and did a relearn on the ECU when I gave it the gas to see how it would merge on the highway. It took off like a rocket for the first time in a while but then i got a bad burning smell but soon went away. About 20 minutes later it started making this horrible girding noise right when the engine is returning to idle. Please check my video and see what you think. Ignore my babbling in the video.

I never herd a sound like this related to cam phasers thats why im reaching out to you guys. The fact that it goes away when u give it a little gas made me think its the phasers but man it sounds bad. Has anyone else experienced this sort of sound before?

Default Update!

Today I was driving and it seems to be running ok but shaky at idle. I am unable to reproduce the horrible sound it was making yesterday but my engine light came on with a P0345 (cam shaft position sensor "circuit A" "bank 2"

Could have this thing skipped a tooth on the cam gear or is it looking like something more at this point?

Would guess a tensioner broken. Your video didn't load so I lost interest in waiting. I would take loose the drive belt and check there first. But the code is not good.
