Mild steel headers work just fine performance wise but will rust away within two winters. They work well on a car that doesn't get driven in salt or snow...or rain but a winter is really hard on thin wall mild steel tubing. We offer a lifetime warranty on material and craftmanship

Also, I would try get a set of Long Tubes rather than shorties. The power gains are much more substantial and you certainly won't have ground clearance issues in a truck .
Well how much are you getting for a set of shorties stainless? i just want shorties because my exhaust was just done pretty much from the down pipes back and i don't want to have to change the hole exhaust for long tubes

As i turns out, we really don't make shorty headers!
They flow better than stock HOWEVER they aren't long enough to actually create any kind of scavenging effect so you just don't get the power increases we feel are necessary to justify the expense.

Shorty headers are a compromise, generally for space or ground clearance. You should have plenty of each in an F150!

Do you make headers for older F-150's? You don't list anything on your website.

Just trying to be helpful. I know you'll find something for your truck and Long tubes are the way to go for sure!
