Default Fuel Pressure drop, key off

I recently bought an Edge Evolution. One of the (small) reason's I bought it is to have the ability to monitor the fuel pressure. I have noticed that when I turn the key to on, but not start, the pressure peaks at about 39-40ish psi. I let it sit for about 10 minutes or so and it was down to about 21psi and falling slowly. I was wondering if that is just fuel leaking back in by the pump, and normal, or is that falling way too fast and I have an issue.

I have suspected that I have had a leaky injector, I had it to Ford a few months ago and they said nothing was wrong.

After another few minutes its down to 17psi.

Thanks....

I did the "test" again timed this time. In 20 Minutes it went down about 29 psi. from around 40psi to around 11psi and falling

Does the fuel pump make any erratic noises?
