flexible trans lines
hey my trans lines were smashed and there are no easy ways of getting replacements so i was wondering if anyone had any luch with flexible trans lines like steel braided ones cuz i know you cant use rubber

Maybe Still Available:
Auto parts houses used to stock steel-braid reinforced neoprene hose designed specifically for trans cooler oil lines. I've used it in a couple of vehicles, but I don't know if it's still available. You might check Autozone or Advance to find out.Alternatively, you could cut out the damaged parts of the lines and replace them with lengths of 5/16" steel brake line and 5/16" compression unions.....I've done that a few times as well.
