Default Engine swap help needed!!!!

I have a 2002 supercrew with the 4.6 windsor, I also have a 1998 expedition 4.6 Romeo, if anyone could help me out here I am wondering if I can just drop the 98 4.6 Romeo in my 2002 with no issues. Any help is greatly appreciated.
