Ok, here is where I stand. Changed the oil and filter. Didn't see any metal or shaving, just dirty oil, lol. The engine turns over but won't start. No error codes or freeze frames. Just emission codes.. Fuel pump switch is on.. When I turn the key twice to the start position I can't hear the fuel pump kick on. It sounds like it is not getting gas?

Truck is up and running.. Just wanted to thank all for the help. Problem was the fuel pump relay fuse. If that caused the engine to lock is beyond me? What can I do about the I/M codes mentioned.

Drive it around and let it get to running temp as the tests run each will sign its test OK or incomplete. The incomplete ones are worrysome. If the tank is 1/2 full all tests should complete in about 20 miles and several duty cycles/warm ups.
