What kind of engine options can I replace my 05 5.4 with does for racing or roush make drop in units or is a fresh bored out long block the better route to go. just looking for something that plants the power since my 5.4 is getting weak when im towing.

I hear a few folks swapped in a 4V version from the Navigator. Don't know that it would help all that much over a fresh 3V.

be a man, 514 ford racing engine... 600hp, more torque than is required to reverse the earths rotation... its a 460 with a nice stroker :P
