Default engine oil change

I just bought a '03 F150 Supercrew with a 5.4 engine. This is a one owner truck with 166,000 miles (the owner spent a lot of time between the east coast and mid-west). I talked to him and he said he only used Motorcraft oil and filters on this truck. In checking around I'm finding the stealer the only place to find the oil. I'm looking for opinions as to change oil brands with this mileage or just remain using the Motorcraft. TIA

I just bought Motorcraft oil at Auto Zone. Was extremely nervous, using it for the first time. For the first 37 oil changes, I used the Castro GTX 5W-20. All is good, not any noticeable oil consumption between the two brands. Make sure you use the weight stated on engine decal or owners manual. BTW, oil consumption is nill, 192K on the clock.
