I have a F150 4.6 V8 with coolant around spakplug. What is the cause and how can it be fixed?

If its the #4 plug the coolant is coming from the heater hose above it.

Typically what you are describing is an intake manifold leak, which is fixed by replacing the gaskets. I think it is the #3 or #6 cylinders that you will see coolant in. There are upper and lower gaskets and a throttle body gasket that you should replace. It is not too hard to replace the intake manifold gaskets, just a bit time consuming. When I did mine I also replaced the injector seals, and replaced the plugs and wires at the same time, since you have to remove all that stuff. You should clean the mass air flow sensor too, just use MAF sensorcleaner only.
