bank 1 and bank 2 too rich. check engine light wont go off
i put an aem brute force intake on my 04 5.4L over a year ago and just recently my check engine light came on and i brought it to the shop and said bank 1 and 2 were too rich, so my O2 sensors were bad so they replaced them. 2 days later my check engine light came back on again and says the same thing. and my gas milage has gone down close to 2mpg any ideas on what else could be wrong??

ok i cleaned the MAF sensor and the check engine light went off and my gas milage came back up to normal. but then today driving down the road the check engine light came back on. didn't have time to take it to the shop yet, but wtf could be wrong now?? someone help
