Has anything else been done to the truck/engine? IE what's your goals for it powerwise?

For a stock or close to stock truck, I wouldn't recommend it as you won't really be reaping the benefits.

But if you have a lot of bolt ons and are looking to squeeze every single drop of power out that you can despite cost, then yes.

But unless you already have a CAI, tuner, gears, exhaust ect ect, it wouldn't do much for you....
