Default 5.4 SC saleen engine swap

Bought a Saleen 5.4 SC engine 2007 from a burnt car included the tranny and axles.
Would like to swap the engine in a 1952 sedan delivery and creat my own Saleen delivery.
Bought the engine wiring from a normal 5.4 3v 2007 engine but can i use the ECU from a normal f150 2007 on a SC engine?
i,m planning on holding the Saleen transmission but same question there can i use a normal transcomputer or do i need to look for aftermarket (if there is any)
Think it would be fun having a sleeper with so much power but need the info before i can start building.
Thanks in advance for your help

I would be very surprized if there were many similarities when it came to ECM controlled fuel and ignition timing between an S331 and a normal XLT/Lariat version. I would be safe and just use all the parts that you KNOW are compatible. If you are taking that large of a fabrication leap as to put this kind of modern technology into an old vehicle like that, don't skimp out and try to use different components simply because the availablity is not as wide.

I would try to find an ECM from an S331 or contact Saleen and find out if there were any differences first. I doubt anyone here will know the answer to your question since there is only ONE member on here with an S331.
