Default 5.4 firing order

hi i have a 2003 f150 5.4 it started running rough and the check engine light came on and said #2 cylinder misfire can anyone tell me the fireing order so i can check out the #2 plug and coil.

1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

Passenger side is 1-2-3-4
Driver side is 5-6-7-8

Welcome to the site,change the boot on the coil if you change the plug or coil.

update
i bought new bosch platinum plugs, replaced all 8 and that cleared up the problem. i'm guessing that the plugs were oringinal (motorcraft platinum) they had a good life! thanks guys!

You will end up having problem with the Bosch platinum plugs. They are JUNK!! My shop is a Bosch sercvice center and my techs will not put put them in anything.
