2006 F-150 Fordster

I have this 6.5FT Flareside Bed & I want to match it the same color as my truck, this would be my first time painting so what stages will I need to do like clear coat first or primer. Also could I soda blast it to save me time or do I half to sand it, any tips would be helpful, Also where can I get the paint from like primer, clear coat, Medium Wedgewood Blue Metallic, Silver, and other paints
