You can use any of the belt driven accessories and the 4.6 manifolds will bolt up to the 5.4. There is no gaurantee that the exhaust manifolds will properly allign with the collectors. They can be made to fit.

Can I swap the sensors form the 4.6 to the 5.4 and use the 4.6 wire harness?
It looks like that I'm with luck getting a 1997 5.4 out of a Expedition with a remote oil Filter and cooler with the engine also where would I go to to get tune I live in Salt Lake City? the hole thing started out with my 4.6 with a miss fire on No.4 found out that 75 psi. so the 4.6 to 5.4 swap look better and the the Truck has 213.789mil on it eney help?

I did the swap that your doing I had to drill and tap my new 5.4
Block for knock sensor from the 4.6 also drill and tap intake for the second temp sensor the 4.6 has and cut and extend a plug or 2 to reach the sensor since its in a differant spot . It's been 3 years since I did this so might be forgetting
Somthing but it's wasn't bad at all

So what size drill and tip did you use and can I use my 4.6 intake so I don't have to drill other hole? and still not cut wires or V-lines.

I don't remember just pop out the sensor and bring it to a hardware store they can match up a drill and tap and you can't run your 4.6 intake you can get an adaptor to run it but it's expensive , alot cheaper to extend the wires and have that hole drilled and tapped to run the 5.4 intake .

Lucky for you. If you do the math at some point the torque multiplication will exceed the design strength of the transmission. I could not in good conscience suggest keeping the 5.4 converter. That is why I recommend changing the converters. Why do you think Ford put a different converter behind the 5.4?

They have the same 4r70 transmission with the exception on torque converts. At stall your 4.6's factory convert is producing alot more
Torque multiplication that a factory 1.9 in the 5.4. Not idea, but unless you are towing 5k or ******* it everyday, you might not have any issues.
