2015 F150 Transfer case and front drive line
Is my front drive line the one between the transfer case and front axle supposed to rotate even when it's in 2 WD? I have been hearing a strange noise coming from underneath my truck when driving and when I checked it out it's coming from the front drive line that connects to the transfer case and the rubber boot is torn up and I can shack it around a little bite. I'm not sure if that front drive line should be spinning in 2 WD but I know that's what is making the noise and I can hear it driving down the road so I know it is spining and this will be the 4th time I will have to change the drive line and my truck and my truck is not putting up any codes

We'll pick this apart slowly as you update and answer questions.
Post is a little confusing and there are more options than what I answered so far.

The 4a transfer case uses a clutch and there is always some drag created in the transfer case. It's not a 1:1 between front and rear as far as I know. But yes, the clutch drag is going to allow the front driveshaft to be driven just by the friction.
I missed it the first time where you stated you've changed the driveline 4 times.
What have the 'changes' actually been? You probably haven't replaced the driveline, but some components.

That is the driveshaft that you are referring to.
Odd that it has needed replaced. I haven't heard of anybody replacing a driveshaft, never mind 4 times already.

I think one of my hubs is stay engaged plus I get a vibration when I get to 65 mph and I have all my wheels balanced a few time think that they was out of balance and I read that sometimes you will get that vibration when a hub is engaged

Yes, that is the driveshaft.
I'm not familiar with the system but that end part isn't reparable short of replacing the driveshaft?

Hello,
In addition to the clutch dragging, I suspect the 4WD select motor could be malfunctioning in which case the transfer case may not actually be in 2H mode. I agree that one or more of the auto-locking front hubs could be bad.
I wasn't able to read the sticker on your transfer case. Can you give us the part number from your 4A transfer case?
Thanks, CobraRGuy
