Default 300 to 302 swap

Hey Guys

I have a 1988 F150 with a 300i6 and i'm wanting to build a 302 to drop in so I have a few questions.

Will the 302 bolt up to the current transmission?

Will i need a new wiring harness?

Will I need to change anything else out? I'm pretty sure I read that the motor mounts will have to be changed but any information that you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

The 302 will bolt up but you will need to change the flywheel, the engine perches, the engine bay harness, ECM, radiator, and the air tubes leading from the air box to the intake plenum.

But why? The 300 can be built into a bit of a monster for the same effort...

port heads, tune, turbo, et.c
