well it started with a head gasket that was clearly bad had cleaned out 3 of the cylinders and was easy to tell water was in there and was able to see where it was leaking on the gasket got it all back together and still ran like crap did some more test and came up with the same of no compression (thought it was just leaking out the head gasket) did a leak down test this time and was coming out of the intake on cylinders 1,3,4 so i tore the heads back off thinking the valves are junk took them out and checked for straightness and they all seated well. quick put the heads back on tightend down just to do another leak down and pulled out the cam this time all held up to 20% and droped down to 10% after oil was added (rings are worn) anyone ever heard of anything like this? bad lifters? im at a lost now
