Default 2wd 4r70w to 4wd.
Hey guys, the reverse in my truck went out not too long ago. I wanna replace the transmission, but all the ones I find are 2wd. With these, how hard is it to make a 2wd into a 4wd. I could pull all the necessary parts from my transmission.

And another thing, I have a new torque converter in it. Could I get a 4x4 transmission from a 5.4 and just swap the converter over and put the tranny in?

4x4 is not in the tranny. Replacing reverse is fairly easy. If you but the parts it is 100 bucks.
