3.15 Axle - Limited Slip?
So I’ve got a 2018 rwd V8 with a 10 gear transmission and a 3.15 axle (open diff)
I am towing a 2500 pound travel trailer and it seems too often that I get into spots where one tire is slipping and we are going no where.
I’m looking to improve traction for the occasional slippery spots and some light off-road capacity.
Anyone know now of anything that would work on a 3.15 rear end?

Was thinking a 3.55 LS would be a good solution.
Would it be something I would have do at Ford?
if not, how would it affect warranty?
Any idea how much something like that would cost?

This question gets asked about once a week. There's a ton of threads about it on the forum. It's one of those "if you have to ask you probably shouldn't try it yourself" things. Lots of ways to get it wrong.

I don't think there's a TrueTrac for the 8.8 Super. I wish they'd have just kept the 9.75. Too bad for you 8.8 guys because the TT is probably the best differential ever made. I put one in the '05 and love it. Now my Son has the truck and I want one in my '13. Beats the ELD any day, in my opinion.
