Saleen Silencer Holes
Anybody here have a write up or any experience pulling of the saleen blower and filling in the silencer holes? I've read how to do it on the first gens. And I'm real sketched about doing it myself unless i know someone else has done it with no problems. Any help would be much appreciated. Truck is a 2007 Harley Davidson with the Saleen SC kit. Thanks

Just yank the charger off and get to it with some JB weld.
Nothing to it, I never did it just for the simple fact it does nothing for you HP wise. Just makes it scream alot louder.
I would use some tape on the other side(rotor side) so the epoxy you use wont come into any contact with the rotors, I would even check for clearance before I buttoned it all back up.

Also this is just me putting too much thought into things. theres nothing to back these thoughts up.
1. People port S/C for more air flow why cover up some holes that would flow air?
2. These S/C produce alot of heat, wouldn't want to block off anymore air passeges than what I would have too.
3. The factory put them there for some reason, might as well not *uck it up, especially if I'm not gaining anything more than sound.
But more power to ya man, post up some pics of the process
