BTFF150

So as I was going to replace the intake manifold gasket there was a crack, before I replaced it I flushed the radiator fluid. long story short Well dumby me was waiting to get an intake manifold and left nothing but water in the block weather turned ugly pushed out freeze plugs. Not cool but oh well..




So the truck has 246,xxx miles and im just going to rebuild it.. now is there any suggestions advice as what I should or shouldn't do??
